We deliver a range of professional on-site and remote services tailored to Eldoret's residential and commercial clients. Work is scoped clearly before it begins, completed to agreed standards, and documented so you have a record of what was done. Our team has completed over 400 service engagements in the Rift Valley since 2018.
Astrobspark operates a structured appointments system available Monday to Saturday. You choose the slot, we confirm within two hours, and we send a reminder the evening before. Consultations are available in person at our Oginga Odinga Street office or via a video call for clients outside central Eldoret.
We stock and supply a curated selection of products relevant to our service categories — sourced from verified suppliers and quality-checked before delivery. Orders placed before noon on weekdays are dispatched the same day within Eldoret. Delivery to the wider Rift Valley region is available with a standard lead time of two business days.

Every engagement begins with a written scope document you approve. If the scope changes during the job, we notify you and get sign-off before proceeding — no surprise additions on the final invoice.
At the close of each engagement, we provide a summary of what was done, the materials or products used, and any follow-up recommendations — all in plain language, not technical jargon.
If you have a question or concern within 30 days of job completion, one phone call reaches the same team member who handled your work. We do not route post-job queries through a general inbox.

Yes. We regularly serve clients in Turbo, Ziwa, Moiben, and other areas within a 40-kilometre radius of Eldoret. For locations beyond that range, please contact us to discuss feasibility and logistics before booking.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer to our Equity Bank account, and cash at our Oginga Odinga Street office. Payment terms are confirmed in writing as part of the scope document before any work begins.
Yes. We are explicit about scope limits. Astrobspark does not provide services requiring specialist regulatory licensing that we do not currently hold. If your request falls outside our scope, we will tell you plainly and, where possible, refer you to a verified provider in Eldoret.
Prices are set based on supplier cost, local logistics, and a transparent margin. We do not apply hidden fees. The price quoted at the time of order is the price on the invoice — no adjustments after the fact.
