Astrobspark operates as a micro team of four to six active staff, depending on the season. Each team member carries a defined area of responsibility — there is no generalist pool where anyone picks up anything. When you book an appointment or raise a service request, it is assigned to the person with the most relevant experience for that specific job. We have completed more than 400 service engagements across the Rift Valley since our founding in 2018, and our growth has been deliberate rather than rapid — we take on new clients at a pace that allows us to maintain the same response standard for existing ones. Our slate-professional approach means we value precision over volume. We will not promise outcomes that depend on factors outside our control — weather conditions affecting outdoor work, third-party supplier lead times, or regulatory timelines we cannot influence. If those variables affect your job, we name them upfront in the scope document. We also do not offer services that require specialist regulatory licensing we do not hold. What we promise is that the work within our scope will be done correctly, documented clearly, and followed up if needed.
